The Competition Commission of Pakistan (CCP) is a government agency responsible for promoting and maintaining fair competition in Pakistan’s economy. It is an independent, quasi-judicial body that operates under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Commerce.
The CCP’s main mandate is to prevent anti-competitive practices such as price fixing, market division, and abuse of dominant position, and to promote and protect consumer interests. It has the authority to investigate and take action against companies that engage in such practices, including imposing fines and ordering companies to divest assets or take other corrective measures.
In addition to its enforcement role, the CCP also promotes competition through public education and outreach and works with other government agencies and stakeholders to promote pro-competition policies and regulations. - TA/DAs are not allowed to participate in interviews.
- Applications must be submitted online by the final deadline.
- Applicants may apply for multiple positions by submitting separate application forms for each position. Only shortlisted candidates based on eligibility criteria will be invited for an interview.
