Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct market analysis to drive business growth in the assigned area.
  2. Identify business opportunities and assist Regional Managers in developing strategies to capture market share.
  3. Achieve business targets for deposit products, both individually and as a Team Leader, within specified timeframes.
  4. Guide Area, Branch, and Relationship Managers in customer acquisition and deposit mobilization.
  5. Build and manage a team of freelancers/brand ambassadors to promote corporate and retail portfolios.
  6. Ensure effective sales management through monitoring and feedback of deposit mobilization staff.
  7. Maintain regulatory compliance for new-to-bank (NTB) customer relationships.
  8. Maximize revenue, control service delivery costs, and ensure team profitability.
  9. Establish strategic partnerships for payment/collection arrangements to enhance deposit mobilization.
  10. Develop deposit banking relationships with high net worth individuals and corporate clients.
  11. Enforce internal controls and reporting in accordance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
  12. Conduct regular training sessions for staff and freelancers/brand ambassadors.
  13. Monitor and report financial and non-financial objectives on schedule.
  14. Organize customer engagement activities and market initiatives regularly.
  15. Explore alliances for distributing MSME and microfinance products to expand deposit mobilization.

  1. Master’s degree in business administration, commerce, finance, or a related field from a reputable institution.
